JRDrive is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of information when you use our iOS and Android remote storage management application.

Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal information. JRDrive is designed to respect your privacy completely. The app:

• Does not collect any personal data
• Does not track your usage
• Does not require any account creation with us
• Does not share any information with third parties
• Does not use analytics or tracking tools
• Does not access your location
• Does not collect device identifiers

Remote Server Connections

JRDrive allows you to connect to various remote storage servers and cloud providers (such as Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, WebDAV, SFTP, FTP, SMB, and many others). When you connect to these services:

• Your server credentials are stored securely and locally on your device
• On iOS, credentials are encrypted and stored in the iOS Keychain
• On Android, credentials are encrypted using EncryptedSharedPreferences backed by the Android Keystore (AES-256-GCM)
• JRDrive communicates directly with your servers - we never see or store your credentials
• Your files are transferred directly between your device and your remote servers
• No file content passes through our servers

File Access and Storage

JRDrive accesses your remote storage files solely for the purpose of displaying, managing, and transferring them as you direct:

• Files are streamed directly from your remote servers
• Downloaded files are stored temporarily in your device's cache
• Thumbnail previews are generated and cached locally on your device
• No file content is ever transmitted to our servers
• All file operations occur between your device and your remote servers

Encrypted Remotes

JRDrive supports encrypted remote configurations:

• Encryption passwords are stored locally on your device only
• All encryption and decryption occurs on your device
• We have no access to your encryption keys or decrypted content
• Your encrypted data remains encrypted in transit and at rest on cloud providers

Data Storage

Any preferences, settings, or remote configurations you set within JRDrive are stored locally on your device only. This information:

• Never leaves your device (except for platform backups if enabled, such as iCloud or Android Auto Backup)
• Is not accessible to us or any third parties
• Can be deleted by uninstalling the app
• Is not shared with other applications

Third-Party Services

JRDrive connects to third-party cloud storage providers that you configure. Each cloud provider has their own privacy policies that govern your data stored on their services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any cloud services you connect to JRDrive.

JRDrive itself does not integrate with analytics, advertising, or data collection services.

In-App Purchases

JRDrive offers a premium upgrade through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Purchase transactions are handled entirely by Apple or Google respectively. We do not collect or store any payment information.

Children's Privacy

JRDrive does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13, as we do not collect any information at all. The app can be safely used by children under parental supervision.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Your Rights

Since we don't collect any personal information, there is no data to access, modify, or delete. You maintain complete control over your cloud storage connections and can remove them at any time within the app. Uninstalling the app will delete all locally stored preferences and cached data.
